Urban Investor  - 2.2 million hits per month

After many years of association with Urban Investor, their site is now managed and maintained by their own in house team including a web manager, a designer/coder and a content sourcer.

Urban Investor (www.urbaninvestor.net) offers investment opportunities in the off-plan property market as well as handling mortgages and finance..

SiteWeave began designing the website in 2003 with the completed site being launched late that year. The site went from strength to strength and now receives some 2.2 million hits per month.

SiteWeave ran and maintained the site until mid 2005 when the demands of keeping the site updated were becoming greater and greater. The time had come for Urban Investor to employ two full-time web masters as part of its in-house team.

The look and feel of the site remains much as created by SiteWeave, and we still host the web site and carry out routine maintenance. The team at Urban Investor have done a great job, not only on moving the web site forward, but in creating a business that now enjoys a very strong presence in the online investment sector. Well done Urban Investor.
